Heatley, Pastor
As pastor, Don provides the overall
leadership, vision and spiritual direction for Vision.
Each week, he provides relevant and humorous messages
at our worship celebrations, that challenge the listener
and keep them thinking all week. Don is committed to creating
disciples of Jesus Christ that can be effective and relevant
in this postmodern culture.
In addition, he works as a video and digital media director
for corporate and spiritual clients. He has created award-winning
videos with leading Christian thinkers as diverse as Leonard
Sweet and Chuck Colson.
Don graduated summa cum laude from Drew Theological School
with a Masters in Theological Studies. At Drew he was
awarded the John Paterson Old Testament Studies Prize,
the George R. Warren Prize for outstanding New Testament
scholarship, and the B’Nai Zion Award for the study of
Hebrew.

Pamela
Heatley, Creative Director
As Vision’s Creative Director, Pam is responsible for
the overall creative direction in worship and other various
ministries in the church. She leads the teams that artistically
translate our vision into worship celebrations, children’s
and youth ministries and environment.
She has brought her creative gift as a writer to our
worship celebrations in the form of skits, monologues,
biblical storytelling and video. Before her work at Vision,
Pam worked in professional and regional theatre and video
production companies. Pam has written Children’s Sunday
School videos for Group Publishing and a Study guide to
the Beatitudes for Trinity Television.
